Behind the Scenes: *The Madam will oversee all dollhouse operations including but not limited to: keeping the lines of communication open with other businesses (official and personal), involving supply runs to the ATC, General store, Coach’s and Diner.

 

The staff especially Dolls, will need regular medical care, so establishing a relationship with the hospital will be essential. It is also the responsibility of the Madam to protect staff, be a shoulder to cry on, help new dolls find their bearings and maintain discretion. *Prices of all services offered will be posted and updated regularly. However, it will serve as a template only. Experienced staff are able to adjust prices accordingly depending on their level of expertise. Nevertheless, all staff will be required to contribute 20% of their earnings to the till each week (This will come from RP money only in the form of a notecard. NO member of staff will contribute actual Hud$. The notecards are just to help enhance rp and resemble a real job). Dolls may accept payment from patrons by either cash or trade. All monies are due at the time of service, no tab!

BONUS: For every confirmed john, Dolls will be paid an extra 50 in HUD$ on top of hourly wages!

*All staff are expected to be well groomed and nicely dressed while inside the dollhouse. A room will be allocated for this purpose complete with make-up stations, racks of clothes and shoes to choose from.

 

Training New Staff/Engaging New Players/Recruiting and Retaining Talent:

 

The Madam will actively seek out and accept anyone wanting to work within the establishment, which means visiting local businesses, hang outs or placing ads in the town newspaper.

 

Staff will be trained in the job areas they select by the Madam or an appointed member of staff and guided every step of the way. Light hand holding included! To retain staff, perks and bonuses are doled out to active members, which can be in the form of HUD$, scavengeable items and free Dollhouse services.

EXPERIENCE:Experience:

 

Although Missy has never been a prostitute or worked in the sex industry, she gained experience running a business and being the muscle from working as an associate for the mob, whereby she ran a few money laundering businesses and carried out hits when necessary. Additionally, she was the AES Shelter Director for awhile and created and implemented the first Survivor’s Support Group meeting (formerly known as Outbreak Survivor’s Anonymous), which is now an ongoing event.

 

As her writer, I’ve been rping in Outbreak for the past 8 months now and since that time I’ve learned some valuable lessons, which I feel will help me succeed in this role. My personality is a tad similar to that of my character though not as dramatic and probably a little bit less sass, however I am friendly and pretty much easy going for the most part.

 

I love taking on new challenges, thinking outside the box and re-inventing myself, because that’s what keeps me interested and engaged.

 

This will be my first time running an official business in Outbreak. I’m excited to take on the role and mold it, flip it, rub it down and do whatever to make it work!
