OVERVIEW: As most of you know, I am a very active rper on the sim. Although I am still relatively new to the sim (been here since November), I have developed a passion for Arklay and continuing to perfect the way I roleplay within it.

 

The Dollhouse has been one of those businesses that hasn't been able to pick up and really take off yet, and I plan on changing that completely. I believe this is going to add a new level of rp to the sim, with having to rp changing your look, new clothes, and supply runs, and other things as the business roleplay would progress over time.

 

First off, let me tell you a bit about my new character, Chey Dominique. As someone who was born and raised in Beverly Hills, she became interested in beauty and fashion at a young age. Not familiar with the drug & sex part of The Dollhouse yet, it will be interesting to rp with others to make that a priority for her, eventually becoming a Madame and being completely knowledgable on the ins & outs of The Dollhouse.

 

Chey came into town, not really bringing anything that would normally be useful in an apocalypse (she's a hollywood rich bitch, if you have any questions about this character please feel free to IM me). She has brought an array of limited supplies that will be thoroughly documented when used, that way we can rp getting more supplies when needed. You will be able to rp getting haircuts, manicures, pedicures, colouring services, and tailoring/Clothing Design...And of course, SEX (woop woop).

 

Let me elaborate on this. As far as hairstyles/manis/pedis/colouring goes, when you want to change your hair/nails in the sim, rping it out would be a lot more fun and make a lot more sense, rather then your character just all of a sudden having a different hairstyle or color.. or your nails just changing automatically to match your outfit. I believe that the tailoring/clothing design is going to benefit almost everyone in the sim. Now, icly, when your shirt get's torn because you got into a fight, or a zombie grabs for you.. you can rp getting your clothing fixed. Or, are you eying that new leather Jacket on the marketplace? But... you haven't had that jacket during your time in Arklay?...Well fear not! We can rp getting those supplies, and Chey can take your measurements and MAKE you that jacket. Problem solved!

 

Besides the cosmetics of Chey owning the Dollhouse, she would also be making deals with groups in the area. There has been talk with a certain group about running a slavery sex trade endeavor.

 

Once my character reaches that point in her development and rp, then I believe this is going to add an interesting arc into Arklay and the way we interact with one another.

 

To kick off the grand re-opening of The Dollhouse, I plan on making some deals with the other businesses in town to gain some supplies and to throw a kick-ass party that could get pretty wild. (Pants off Dance off? Who owns a guitar up in Arklay?!)
