OVERVIEW: I would keep the Eights pretty much the same as it always has been, a work to live environment. There would be separate divisions of labor, like always, with regular staff and then security who would keep us safe. The Eights would be a place where one could come and stay in the common room for a place to sleep if they agree to work there. The Eights would be more of a transition from the homeless shelter to a regular job in integrating people more into the community.

EXPERIENCE:I've worked as security for the Eights since June? I believe and I've always had ideas for ways to bring ourselves back into the community. I have friendships IC and OOC with the Leader of the Arklay Protection services and the Shelter Leader.
