FOUNDING MEMBERS: Cobb Compton, Marajade420

OVERVIEW: This would be a resurrection of an existing faction. It would take a bit of time to gain traction, but in general, the purpose is to generate a degree of conflict and more intense RP. The faction would patrol the town limits, providing a degree of security. It won't be acting as a total enforcement agency, but aims to protect the better half of society from hostile forces & people. It will be staffed by survivors, bringing a variety of personalities to the table. It could be corrupt, decent, dark or light, but that would all develop over time with cooperation of the membership. As it could involve confrontation, it would require a thick skin. Overall though, it's not that complicated. An informal policing force for the community.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Howlers, other dangerous factions, individuals sowing chaos, or simply characters who violate community standards or regulation, as it arises - these would be potential enemies (threats). Potential allies would be AEGIS, AES Security and individual town leaders who contribute to a safer environment.

EXPERIENCE:Previous RP membership & leadership experience in a sci-fi environment (Firefly). Open-mindedness. Able to be friendly and confrontational. Accepting of people.

IDEAS:Provide an ability for free reign, within a degree of limit. Allow them to be part of the group decision process. Let it be known they can express themselves. Make sure they know they matter.
