I ventured into town today. The first time since it started. The last time I was here, I was being chased off by two crazy….people? Zombies? I don’t know what you call them. I went to the woods and hunted, foraged…and I was doing pretty well until I was bitten by a snake. I knew I needed the hospital and so I came back.

Things are different now. The town is a shadow of what it used to be. What people I did know are gone and I feel more alone than ever. I met a couple of survivors, Ro and Jake. Jake is an ass. He looks at me like I’m one of the infected. If I stay friends with Ro…well, I’m guessing Jake and I will come to blows.

I’ve had three run-ins with the infected since I arrived and I’ve already seen more of the hospital than I want to see for a while. Going back into the woods isn’t really an option – realistically I need to earn some money or trade for some supplies.
