Kate Trynell has proven to be a liability. It is unfortunate that I have come to this decision but multiple persons within the crew have voiced concerns about her actions and  her unwillingness to work with me on her feelings of my leadership were unacceptable. I would have sat there all day with her to work out the details but she refused to see reason and it put me in a bad position. Now my wife is mad at me over this. The kid is on her own as far as I care. One problem however, she set up a meeting at the Resort for Wednesday, this presents an opportunity for the crew. However her presence is now a passive threat to morale in the crew. She came into the team for less then a week, doesn’t appear to be a team player by any capacity and accuses me of not leading from the front. Darn. We’ll have to intercept her actions during the meeting, it stands to undermine our plans of integrating into the facility. I will get a final consensus from the crew but the best course of action would be to make it clear her presence in the beach area is no longer welcome. She appears to have gotten into a scrap with one of the residence so that can be a tool to use. She’s just a kid, I really wish it never came to this. God have mercy on my sins. I hope this can end without getting worse. I cannot allow this person to undermine what we have all worked for because she cannot be a team player. Damn shame.
