Soldier’s Log: Entry 5, Day 6. 13:00 Hours

I managed to find an old 1969 Detroit Milestone. Surprisingly in good condition! minus the rust and the wear and tear.  The engine rattles and needs work.  The battery at least holds a charge and the alternator is fine. so i guess thats a plus…

She seems to run okay but nothing like abit of TLC and Elbow grease wont do.  she needs a new fuel, air, and oil filter. i bought a battery from the mechanic who helped me get it started. may hire her to help me work on it more. she also needs new fuel hoses and a set of tires soon. i have some quarts of oil which i need to pay for… but i will do that tomorrow. i guess time to bring her home! heh…. IM SO EXCITED!
