Day One

It’s been a long walk since Georgia. But during my prayers I knew God was calling me to move, so I packed up my things and left. I was not sure where He would take me, but here I am. This city seems to be filled with lost people like any other, still no church to be found, perhaps one day I will just have to build one. But for now I will just spread the good news, I do not know my way around.

When I entered the town I first ran into a little bit of a scene, some well-armed people were in a tussle with a man who had apparently hit one of their, I assume prostitutes. But the situation was handled quickly and I was able to ask for some general directions, the people were quite helpful.

Well, this is all I can conjure for now, but I believe I will have much more things to write about another day.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.” Psalm 23
