OVERVIEW: I want to make the AES more involved. Meaning not only staying in the hospital all the time. Have doctors/nurses go on calls in the city to check up on residents that have been treated, but does not come back to the hospital is one idea, I've been playing around with for a few months. This means them being equipped with a certain amount of antibiotics and actually go out and RP with people. I got this idea, when I was treating a girl, who refused to stay in the hospital and wanted to go back to where she had been before being injured. The "doctors on call" would very likely happen daily, and I'd love to get a schedule set up where players take turn in taking that duty on themselves. As for events, I have a few ideas such as an auction to gather money for meds and other things the hospital may need. (Have to think of more options). I want the AES to be more visible over all. These are the two ideas, I have on top of my head, but I will think of more. My character is a former doctor and head physician, meaning she is used to the responsibilities and extra work that follows the job.

EXPERIENCE:If we're referring to RL - I am an educated scout leader, and I am used to planning events and so forth - both in RP (I've RP'ed for 9 years) and in RL. I am used to welcoming new players as I used to run a guild in WoW (much like a business group of people). Furthermore, I like making people feel welcome, and help them the best I can.
