Character bio: First Lieutenant and Field Medic II Kobra Carter Wayne was one of the first called when the outbreak occurred. Originally being from New York and he was part of a ISTAR team which stands for intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance team, flown to California to help with the initial containment what was to believe to be a viral outbreak. After containment of the virus failed the us government ordered the immediate evacuation of the city along with surrounding area. Wayne's team were sent in to do a small Intel reconnaissance operation on a medical facility during the city wide evacuation. During the mission the teams main sniper was unfortunately attacked and bitten. While returning from the mission their team sniper fell ill and succumb to the bite. Upon dying their team member soon reanimated and sprung to life, attacking the pilot of their helicopter. With the pilot being attacked kobra and his corporal Amy (Amy Sauveterre (amyneljj) was forced to spring into action. As he pushed the now zombie team member to the door of the chopper , she drew her combat knife from her belt before stabbing their fallen member in the head. With the chopper spiraling and falling to the ground it would hit a lager building before crashing onto a smaller buildings roof .Miraculously no one was seriously injured in the crash. With four members of his team still alive they are now forced to survive in this fallen city among the dead that now walk with the living.
