This is a multi point report.

1. Water seems to go down where I need a bottle of water an  hour. RL I don't drink THAT much and my eyeballs will start floating, as the parlance goes. It seems a little fast.

2. I can remove my hud, go do other things, log out for bed, and I keep logging in with dehydration issues and thirst issues. Its  not yet knocked me below yellow but my hunger and thirst also never fills past half way even if I eat like four steaks and drink ten waters (experimenting! I do uh that).

I have had a hospital treatment used on my character, as well due to nearly dying from the zombies. So at this point I am not entirely sure what it can be but glitching.
