As some of you may be aware we're adding a second sim to Outbreak to be an additional area of the island of Arklay.  For RP purposes, this area has been inaccessible previously due to hoards of the Infected.  When the new sim is open and available for RP, we will hold an event to "clear" this area of the Infected.

In the meantime, theres an NPC fence or barrier keeping that part of Arklay off limits.
