When I first met Jade, she gave me an open invitation to the Howler hangout.  I took it and actually came in on an interesting day for them.   But they were really chill and I have since been spending a lot of time with them while considering their offer to join them.   …At this point, how could I not join them?

This island has given me choices that I have not had in a long time.  For the first time since the outbreak, I am able to define myself as I want to.   I can choose my role in the community and I can choose my clique.   And the truth is that I fit right in with the Howlers, they are my kind of people.   So I have chosen my new family for the right reasons and I will take the downsides that come with it.
