I think this is fantastic! A good balance between the watchmen and outcasts. I look forward to the roleplay.

Okay I have a question or two:

If we already have the hospital and The Watchmen, what is TFR going to do for the city that they are not already doing?

If they are going to help with training, what will they do for the average denizen of the city? Will they also help train survival for those of us that have already been surviving?
